In such cases, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, sizes, offsets, and technical specifications provided. 10.3. Every submitted concept undergoes a mandatory internal review of up to 72 hours. If approved, your request can be forwarded to our Design Team who will create a 3D model for you in line with the below sections.
10.4. Design and engineering work on custom wheels begins after Covar Atelier has issued a confirmed offer and you have accepted it. To start the design phase, an advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the total product value under the confirmed offer is due. This payment covers the review of your brief, the structural calculation and the creation of the 3D design, and is deducted from the total order value. If you cancel after the design phase has started, we will refund 50% of the amount paid for design and engineering; the remaining 50% of that amount is retained to cover the engineering work already carried out.
10.5. Once the final design is approved by both parties, you will receive official confirmation and an invitation to pay the remaining 50% of the total order value, upon which manufacturing commences.
11.1. Production of custom wheels is highly personalised. The design phase begins once the 50% advance payment has cleared; the actual manufacturing and production will strictly commence only after the remaining 50% of the total order value has been successfully paid and received by us.
11.2. All orders for products from our ready-made portfolio (including wheels and other stock items) require 100% advance payment at the time of order placement. Your order will be processed and scheduled for shipment only after full payment has been successfully cleared.
